The satisfaction of elderly in process payment of Living and allowances on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

This study were 1) to study the satisfaction level of elderly with the elderly living allowance payment process on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province. 2) To compare the satisfaction level of the elderly with the process paying the elderly allowance on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province identify personal factors. 3) To study recommendations for the process paying allowance for the elderly on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province. The population studied was elderly people who received a living allowance on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, total 6,486 people. Sampling size was determined using Taroyamane's calculation formula of 377 people estimate scale model. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And one-way ANOVA test.

The study found that :

1. The results of the analysis of the satisfaction level of the elderly with the process paying the elderly allowance on Bang Bua Thong Municipality, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province. The overall satisfaction level was at a high level (= 4.26), sorted from the average from descending to the following: Public relations process (= 4.32), followed by the process of registering names and announcing the names of those eligible to receive living allowances (= 4.29), subsistence payment payment procedure (= 4.24), subsistence allowance registration process (= 4.18) and subsistence allowance payment process (= 4.15), respectively.
2. The results of comparison the source variation on elderly satisfaction with the process paying elderly allowance on Bang Bua Thong Municipality. Bang Bua Thong District Nonthaburi Province classified by overall personal factors and individual aspects, it was found that overall, the elderly with different sexes and age and Education had not different satisfaction, and when considering each aspect, they found that the satisfaction was different, namely the payment process, subsistence with statistical difference at the .05 level.

3.       The suggestions for improvement of process paying allowance for elderly allowances on Bang Bua Thong Municipality Bang Bua Thong District Nonthaburi Province, it was found that elderly recommended of process payment for subsistence allowance, the most frequency was suspension payment of living allowances, followed by the registration process, the subsistence allowance, the subsistence payment process, Preparation of name list registration and announcement the names of those entitled to subsistence allowances and public relations procedures, respectively.
