EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF SAKAEO PROVNICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study develop and estimate the component of educational technology leadership of school administrators. This research used mixed method. This research had 3 phases that 1) study educational technology leadership of school administrators by interview 15 experts, 2) develop component of educational technology leadership by focus group 15 experts and 3) estimate the component of educational technology leadership of school administrators that 30 administrators and teachers answered the questionnaire with suitability, possibility and usefulness. The instrument of this study was interviews, focus group and assessment Model. The statistics used for the data analysis include mean and standard deviation.

            The research results revealed that:

1. Educational technology leadership of school administrators under the

jurisdiction of Sakaeo provincial administrative organization had 9 components that 1) regulation and ethics of educational technology 2) educational technology literacy 3) educational technology infrastructure management 4) technology using with values and consciousness 5) special wisdom of technology 6) appropriate characteristics to technology using 7) technology integration through educational management 8) social background and 9) assessment and supervision with technology.
