Abstract

The purposes of this study were : 1) Cooperation in developing regional, local and area areas towards community strength according to the 20-year national strategic framework (2018-2037) 2) Problems and obstacles of cooperation in developing regional, local and area areas towards community strength according to the 20-year national strategic framework (2018-2037) 3) Guidelines for developing cooperation in developing regional, local and area development towards community strength according to the 20-year national strategic framework (2018-2037)   Study the area of Phu Kheow Subdistrict Municipality Phu Kheaw District, Chaiyaphum Province Use qualitative research methods based on documents, The structured in-depth interview consists of 3 groups: 4 executives, 4 related practitioners. 3 other agencies involved in this research. 4 people and groups of people involved in this research. 3 people total 14 people, The group discussion consisted of Phu Kheow Subdistrict Municipality Administrator. 3 Supervisory officials in Phu Kheow Subdistrict Municipality 3 experts involved in this research 3 people total 9 people, and analyze and synthesize the data. This will lead to the development of cooperation in the development of regions, localities and areas towards the strength of communities in accordance with the 20-year national strategic framework (2018-2037) of Phu Kheow Subdistrict Municipality. Research results revealed: 1) Local administration in accordance with the 20-year National Strategy Framework (2018-2037) of Phu Kheow Municipality Phu Kheow District, Chaiyaphum Province At present, these are: (1) Security: The goal is to develop people so that the people can achieve well-being. (2) Competitiveness Building The goal is to focus on enhancing the country's potential in various dimensions. (3) Human resource development and capacity building. Focus on developing people in all dimensions and at all ages to be quality people, both talented and good people. (4) Creating opportunities and social equality. Engage both the private sector and the private sector. Civil Society to access quality services and welfare in a fair and comprehensive manner. (5) Creating growth based on an environmentally friendly quality of life. Environment and quality of life and 6) Balancing and developing the public sector management system to be highly efficient. Adhere to the principles of good governance and adjust the work culture. There is a plan. 2) Problems and obstacles are: (1) Public Sector It was found that the public still lacked knowledge and understanding and lack of public awareness in participating in dealing with the problems of the local community. (2) Government It was found that the budget problem was limited. There is a lack of specialized professionals, lack of modern tools, and frequent changes in service providers, resulting in a lack of continuity. 3) Development Guidelines include: (1) systematically establishing and managing networks, (2) modifying the role of public servants, (3) restructuring of power and society, (4) innovating and creating workers with high knowledge, expertise and skills.
