Abstract
At present, Internal Security Management must be carried out in three levels namely human security, social security and national security. It is the kind of comprehensive security. Government alone cannot achieve this work. It requires multilateral corporations especially from its people. People and private sectors must participate in Internal Security Management on the basis of “All Thais are National Citizens”. Government official and people must join hands together by building “Networks of Civil State” in all aspects. This is recognized as the most powerful tool to solve the problems and leaders of Thailand 4.0 must understand. Furthermore, security managers at all levels must be Inter-Disciplinary. They must be able to find linkages of all matters synchronously especially linkages to National Reform Process and National Strategy that the current government is undergoing. It should be noted that,
all of these instruments are vital to protect national interests for the future generations. In addition, it also contributes to sustainable national strategic development.
