Abstract

The effective and systematic thinking method, based on valid principles is imperative for future organisations which have to perform in the continuously challenging and dynamic situations. Strategic thinking focuses on comprehensiveness, effectiveness, viable and appropriate objectives. It is suitable for the organisational operations with ambitious, progress and development-oriented targets. The method is based on contextually and conceptually strategic thinking. Strategic components, namely end, way and means are identified through strategic formulation method. These elements also contain specific characteristics and require specific formulation methods.
