Development of Individual Reporting for Reserve Components in Royal Thai Army

Abstract

This study is development of individual reporting for reserve components in the Royal Thai Army. This study find that should develop for recruit the reserve components by check the reserve status, the preparation system, Facilitate for the Assigned unit, Individual reporting at the Assigned unit, and after action practice. Consideration about the reserve components volunteer have recruited in the national defense missions and the new treat situations. Some important recommendations from this study are recruitment should use volunteer system, developing in continuous communication system, establish the coordination center in the assigned unit and use social network.
