Strategic Planning of Thailand for the effects of Military Relations between the United States and the People's Republic of China

Abstract

Strategic competition to build up more influence among USA & People Republic of China in economic & military to be a leader in Southeast Asian Countries caused International relationship changed to be Multi - Polar relationship. It may lead to more risks for international conflicts if the international security is imbalance & it causes the positive & negative effects to a military relationship for Southeast Asian Countries & Thailand. Thailand also have much chance & challenge to get benefits from this influenced countries so this research try to emphasize studying about security situations including the main strategies & policies of USA & People Republic of China that effects to the security of Southeast Asian Countries and Thailand to create Thailand’s strategies for the effects of Military relationship between USA & People Republic of China. The research conclusion tried to present a Thailand’s strategies with USA & People Republic of China. So Thailand should closely follow development and assessment of the effects of the operation Including operating of international policies gather with using of the Omni - directional Diplomacy and military cooperation by setting the 20 Years target for Thailand to have a middle power & achieve target completely by setting strategy of Thailand to the effects of military relationship between USA & People Republic of China in the 8 strategies as follows 1) Centrality Cooperation Strategy 2) Offensive Cooperation Strategy 3) New Option Cooperation Strategy 4) Compromise Cooperation Strategy 5) Sharing Cooperation Strategy
6) Balancing Cooperation Strategy 7) Unity Cooperation Strategy and 8) Sticking Cooperation Strategy
