OKRs : The development of Immigration Bureau in 4.0 Era

Abstract

This article has purpose to analyze the important of organizationmanagement and human resource development in the 21st century. The importanceof the idea OKRs and applying the idea to create an objective and set the organization’smain result to drive the Immigration Bureau in 4.0 era to be competitive and adjust tokeep up with the world changing situations that are happening quickly. In between theworld changing , the Immigration Bureau may face with management failure if theorganization can not adjust itself and not be accept from society and end up beingreduce the role and affect the survival of the organization.
