(Royal Thai Armed Force Head Quarter’s Project Procedures Development under the 20 years national strategy plan)

Abstract

Projects is used as tools in budgetary or moving mechanism for military strategic plan to the desired states. All military branches must plan and manage projects according to national development policies and strategies. The objective of this article is to study the problems in the project procedure of Royal Thai Armed Force Head Quarter (RTARF HQ.) then propose development guidelines within the national strategy plan (20 years plan) under current budget limitation.
