Guidelines for the Development of National Security Strategy

Abstract

The National Strategy (2018-2037) provides the Strategic Guidelines for the National Strategy on Security to achieve goals and indicators. The Office of the National Economics and Social Development Council reports that the result of the National Strategy on Security in 2019 was below the goals. This article will explain the cause of problems from the security framework within the National Strategy, security administration concept, the security measurement. Then, propose the guidelines to facilitate the implementation of other National Strategy on Security in the second phase (2013-2017) towards the national development goals and directions.
