The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine

Abstract

The integration of information technology and the advancement of global communication has resulted in extremely large data sets that may be analyzed to reveal patterns, trends, and associations especially relating to human behavior and interactions, so called “Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. Constant data accumulation, innovation, and world-wide trade are the driving forces that transform cumulative data (Big date) into AI in order to expedite and facilitate human tasks. Nowadays, AIs have been invented and implemented in various fields. This article elucidates a novel facet of its application, and demonstrates its potential in an ever-evolving field of medicine.
