Anti-Corruption and Misconduct Guidelines for Social Security

The aim of the study is (1) to study problems and causes of corruption and misconduct impacts on social security; (2) to study and analysis of law applicable to against corruption and misconduct; and (3) to study the guidelines for anti-corruption and misconduct for a sustainable social security. This study was conducted as a qualitative methods with focus group discussions and document analysis, and then used content analysis to analyze the data. From the study found that the causes of corruption and misconduct in Thailand affected to social security is corruption in the Thai bureaucratic systems, value problems in Thai society, the problems of legal issues in an organization. In addition, various laws, regulations, have gaps for some groups to take advantage, and the management of government is still not stable. For the guidelines for anti-corruption and misconduct is laws improvement related to the prevention and suppression of corruption and misconduct in fairly and equality, to promote a campaign for government agencies, private sectors and communities to have knowledge of corruption, government should set up a morality policy and cultivate a moral system to government officials. In addition, the participation of government officers to investigation and join the team for against corruption and solve the problem, to building a strong community justice by decentralize administrative power and drive the mission of the community justice center for against corruption in sustainability.
