Forest plantations for industrial purposes, in addition to teak (Tectona grandis), which is a medium-growing plant. It is commonly grown because of its high economic value. Most of them focus on fast-growing plants such as Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus camaldulensis), Neem (Azadirachta excelsa), Bastard cedar (Melia azedarach), Acacia auricularformis and Acacia mangium, etc. (Jatuporn, 2016) In addition, there are also other economically important plants suitable for concurrent planting, such as the Rosewood (Dalbergia cochinchinensis, the Red Rose (Xylia kerrii) and the Burmese Padauk (Pterocarpus macrocarpus). Recently, Thailand has adjusted the law to be in line with the social context to further develop into an encouragement of forest planting in private land under the control of the Royal Forest Department which unlocks economic trees that can be planted and cut on land that has a documented title or right of possession under the Land Code and is not considered a restricted tree or trees planted in the land that has been granted permission for utilization in accordance with the type of certificate of rights prescribed by the Minister with the approval of the Council of Ministers. Shall be deemed not to be a restricted tree as well. However, Encouragement planting Economic trees for wood business in Thailand is still controversial in the social trend. Especially the case study of Thai-rosewood (Dalbergia cochinchinensis) or Rose Wood, which found the problem of illegal cutting both in natural forests and in private land. Which is the main factor causing natural crimes at least therefore, it is necessary to conduct a background study in order to link factual information to further knowledge. And can be used as a guideline to an encouragement farmers or those who are interested in planting Economic trees in a comprehensive manner.
