The factors affecting to the employees’ work efficiency of the Single Point Parts (Thailand) Public Company Limited

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting the employees’ work efficiency at the Single Point Parts (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The sample group of this study was 262 employees and the questionnaires were used as a data collecting tool. The statistics used in data analysis were as follows: descriptive statistics, quantitative statistics were used for the mean () and standard deviation (S.D.) as well as for multiple regression analysis.
The study results found that considering the level of opinion towards the motivational factors, support factors and work efficiency was at a high level. In addition, the hypothesis test revealed that the aspects of respect, responsibility and job advancement affected the employees’ work efficiency, which can be predicted at 66.90%. Moreover, the support factors namely the governance, policy and administration, job security, colleague relationships and compensation influenced on the work efficiency forecasted at 62.00% with statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
