บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสืบค้นและรวบรวมข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านการทำทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วมของชาวสวทุเรียนในพื้นที่ชุมชนบ้านคลองไผ่ อำเภอวังจันทร์ จังหวัดระยอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยมีวิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูล 1) การสังเกตและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม จำนวน 3 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และ 2) การจัดเวทีระดมความเห็นแบบกลุ่มย่อยของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม จำนวน 22 คน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของการทำทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วม จำแนกได้เป็น 9 องค์ความรู้ ดังนี้ องค์ความรู้เรื่อง 1) การเสริมหน้าดินเพื่อเพิ่มแร่ธาตุ 2) การเตรียมต้นตอจากทุเรียนบ้าน (ทุเรียนป่า) หรือทุเรียนนกสำหรับปลูกลงแปลง 3) การขยายพันธุ์ด้วยการทาบกิ่งด้วยทุเรียนพันธุ์ดีกับต้นตอ 4) การปลูกแบบนั่งแท่นหรือยกโคก 5) การใส่ปุ๋ยทำโคน 6) การกระตุ้นให้ต้นทุเรียนออกดอก 7) การส่งเสริมการติดผลด้วยวิธีการปัดดอก 8) การป้องกันกำจัดโรครากเน่าและโคนเน่าของทุเรียน และ 9) การตรวจสอบความแก่ของผลทุเรียนจากส่วนประกอบภายนอก จากองค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นจากการทำ ทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วมดังกล่าว จะนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดการวิจัยโดยการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการทำทุเรียนอินทรีย์แบบมีส่วนร่วมในรูปแบบออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาระบบเปิดในอนาคต
