Abstract
Factors affecting on the resignation of employee in the coal industry in the central region
The research purposes to study the factors affecting on the resignation of employee in the coal industry in the central region. The data were collected by the questionnaire from the coal industries employees in central region 389 samples. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and T–test, F–test, one–way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis for testing the hypothesis. The results found that gender age and marriage statuses-were not different in the resignation opinion of employee in the coal industry of the central region. The work experience and salary were significantly different in the resignation opinion of employee in the coal industry of the central region. The internal factors were composed of job satisfaction, work environment and organizational commitment which were influenced to the resignation of employee in the coal industry of the central region at a statistically significant level of 0.05.
