ความต้องการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจบริการ ในเขตจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของแรงงานสภาพการณ์ของผู้ประกอบการและความต้องการในการจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจบริการ ในเขตจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 385 รายโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเจ้าของกิจการ มีเงินลงทุนต่ำกว่า 100,000 บาท ให้บริการด้านขนส่งระยะเวลาในการเปิดดําเนินธุรกิจ 1-5 ปีใช้แรงงานต่างด้าว 6-10 คน โดยแรงงานติดต่อขอเข้ามาทํางานเองและทํางานลักษณะงานประจําโดยจ่ายค่าแรงเป็นรายวัน (2) พบว่าคุณลักษณะของแรงงานต่างด้าวด้านความต่อเนื่องและความรับผิดชอบมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการในการจ้างงานแรงงานต่างด้าวของผู้ประกอบการอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (3) ด้านสภาพการณ์ของผู้ประกอบการด้านการลดต้นทุนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการในการจ้างงานแรงงานต่างด้าวอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติทั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษาที่ได้สามารถนําไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตัดสินใจกําหนดแนวทางการจ้างแรงงานต่อไปDemands for hiring alien laborers of service business entrepreneurs in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province

The purpose of the research is to study relationships among laborers’ characteristics, entrepreneurs’ circumstances, and demands for hiring alien laborers of service business entrepreneurs in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Pre-constructed questionnaires were used as data tools to collect data from 385 respondents, and the obtained data were then analyzed to test the hypothesis with multiple regression statistical method. The findings indicated that the majority of the respondents were service business owners, whose investments were lower than a hundred thousand (100,000) baht. Most of them operated transportation services, had been in the business for 1-5 ears, and were hiring 5-6 alien laborers. The laborers walked in to apply for jobs, worked full-time, and were paid on a daily basis. Also, it was also found that laborer’s characteristics in terms of consistency and responsibility correlated with demand of hiring alien labors of business entrepreneurs with statistical significance. Besides that, in view of entrepreneurs’ circumstances, it was found that the cost reduction correlated with demand for hiring alien laborers of business entrepreneurs with statistical significance.
