Abstract
The opinion of operational officers towards the corporative social responsibility activities of the public company limited in 2015
The study is about the democracy of the competent official such as, gender, age, educational level, marital status and experience in the public company. All of them have different opinions about the CSR activities of the public company, for instance the activity that educate people to know about the social problems and find the best solution to solve these problems and prevent them, marketing strategy for solving social problems donate for charity, helping local community by developing them, and run an ethical business in various way to develop the community in society. The researcher conducts the study by using 200 samples and found that there is agreeable in activity of CSR that public company give to the society. The research results from hypotheses indicate that gender, age, educational level, work experience, and income level have the significant effect to the opinion of samples size towards the corporative social responsibility activities. Furthermore, the researcher controls the factors that will effect to the research results and found out that different marital status has significantly influenced the helping local community factor at significant level 0.05 and single status has the lowest average score in marital status.
