สรุปบทเรียน: การใช้ประโยชน์จากงานบริการวิชาการหลักสูตรช่างอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม

Abstract

การสรุปบทเรียน การใช้ประโยชน์จากงานบริการวิชาการในโครงการพัฒนาหลักสูตรช่างอุตสาหกรรมแก่โรงเรียนวิวัฒน์พลเมือง ส.พัน 1 รอ. ปีการศึกษา 2556 ถึง 2558 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสรุปบทเรียนจากการการบริการวิชาการมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการฝึกให้นักศึกษาครุศาสตร์อุตสากรรมสามารถพัฒนาหลักสูตรและบริหารหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น และมีจิตอาสาในการนำความรู้ไปฝึกอาชีพให้ผู้รับบริการ ผลการสรุปบทเรียน พบว่า กระบวนการบริการวิชาการได้ฝึกให้นักศึกษาสามารถคิดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่สัมพันธ์กับสาขาที่เรียน ยกร่างหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม วิเคราะห์งาน จัดทำโมเดลต้นแบบการฝึกอบรม ทดลองฝึกอบรมกับเพื่อนนักศึกษา จัดทำคู่มือการฝึกอบรมที่พร้อมใช้ จัดฝึกอบรม และสรุปผลการฝึกอบรม ส่งผลให้นักศึกษามีประสบการณ์ตรงในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม จัดทำคู่มือการฝึกอบรม ได้มีประสบการณ์ตรงในการทดลองสอน ได้ฝึกการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้รับบริการ และสรุปผลการฝึกอบรมเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาใช้ปรับปรุงการดำเนินการ และได้ฝึกการมีจิตอาสาในการเป็น “ผู้ให้” ความรู้และวิชาชีพช่างที่สุจริตแก่ผู้รับบริการThe lessons: Taking advantage of academic services industrial development courses for development student of technical education

The researchers summarized the lesson from the use of the academic services in industrial development courses at evolved citizen schools in the first Signal Battalion, The King’s Guards between 2013 to 2015 apply the knowledge from the academic services to train the students in the faculty of technical education to develop and manage short-term training courses and volunteer the knowledge to train the recipients. The summary from the lesson showed that the academic services processes made the students creation the projects on development the short-term training course related to their field, draft the courses, analyze, create the training prototype model, experiment with their friends, create the ready training manuals, arrange the training and summarize the training results. Due to these processes, the students have directed the experience to develop the training courses and create the training manuals, have experienced in teaching experiments, collected data from the recipients and summarized them to adjust the process. Moreover, the students were trained to volunteer for the donor with the trustworthiness.
