Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic is a phenomenon that has had a tremendous impact on livings of people in the southern borders in terms of travelling, working, and studying. It also affects the peace building process in terms of continuity of its implementation due to obstacles from a closed border between Thailand and Malaysia affected by the epidemic severity. However, under this fragile situation, the peace talk still continues in order to build confidence among all parties in pursuit of lasting peace.
