SJSS change in the page numbering format and the DOI-suffix format
Posted on 2023-01-30The SJSS journal announces a change in the page numbering format for articles. Previously, pages were numbered sequentially throughout the entire issue. The new format will use Article IDs, where the letter "e" stands for electronic, followed by the article number, which is the same as the submission ID in the ThaiJO system (e.g., e246018). This change will take effect starting with Volume 17, Issue 1 (January-June 2023).
Additionally, there is a change in the DOI-suffix format. Previously, a random number from Crossref was used. This will now be replaced with a structured format consisting of the journal initials, volume number, year, and OJS article ID, for example: sjss-01-2023-e246018. This change will apply to articles accepted from January 1, 2023, onwards.
