Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ของนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และ 2) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอน โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครราชสีมาจำนวน 4 สถาบัน จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธี PLS-SEM สำหรับวัดความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร สรุปผลได้ดังนี้ 1) ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ ประกอบด้วย การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เทคนิคและวิธีการสอน การใช้เทคโนโลยี กระบวนการเรียนรู้ การเรียนรู้ การประเมินผล และผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอน โดยปัญหาที่สำคัญประกอบด้วย การสอนโดยต้องเน้นให้นักศึกษานำไปใช้ได้จริง ผู้สอนต้องให้ความยุติธรรมแก่นักศึกษา และผู้สอนต้องยอมรับหรือรับฟังความคิดเห็นและคำวิจารณ์จากนักศึกษา และลักษณะการสอนของผู้สอนต้องแสดงให้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจที่จะสอน และ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของปัจจัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอน โดยแบบจำลอง Outer และ Inner ผลการวิเคราะห์มีความเที่ยงตรงและมีความน่าเชื่อถือได้ ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลมีดังนี้ 1) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอนและมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านการประเมินผล 2) เทคนิคและวิธีการสอนมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอนและมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ และ 3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสอน และสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ปรับปรุงรายวิชากฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งยังเป็นแนวทางให้นักวิจัยที่สนใจทั่วไป
