The Development of Digital Transformation for Improving Business Potential : A Case Study of Banbenjarong Community Enterprise in Pathumthani Province

Abstract
The objective of this research was to develop and increase the competitive potential of Banbenjarong Community Enterprise Pathum Thani Province. This research was divided into 3 phases. The first phase was interview to collect information on current conditions. Problems and needs of community enterprises were analyze with fishbone chart and SWOT analysis. Create a marketing strategy and design a digital business plan. Phase 2 Business development according to a digital business plan. Promotion through online media and trial. Phase 3 Financial Report Data Collection profit and cost Banbenjarong Community Enterprise Pathum Thani Province.
The results show that in the first phase, Banbenjarong Community Enterprise Pathum Thani Province. There was a need to change to a digital business. The problem was the lack of potential for digital technology. The old way of doing business was selling products through middlemen. The researcher therefore developed a business model by creating a digital business plan. Phase 1 Use marketing mix strategies to help build strengths and mitigate weaknesses based on the data obtained from SWAT analysis. Phase 2 Create digital marketing channels and develop promotional channels through social media. Phase 3. Business has more competitive potential from direct sales, profit and cost are reduced by 20%.
