Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Learning Organization of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udonthani

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to examine (1) the level of strategic leadership of school administrators, (2) the level of learning organization of schools, (3) the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and learning organization of schools, and (4) the predictive power in strategic leadership of school administrators affecting learning organization of schools. The samples were 362 school administrators and teachers working in schools under the secondary educational service area office Udon Thani in the academic year 2024, selected by using multistage random sampling. The research instrument was a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics for data collection were analyzed through mean, standard deviation, Peason’s product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that (1) the level of strategic leadership of school administrators in overall and each aspect were at high level. (2) The level of learning organization of schools in overall and each aspect were at high level. (3) The relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and learning organization of schools showed high level of positive correlation with statistic significant at .01 level and (4) the strategic leadership of school administrators in strategic evaluation and control (X5), establish organization direction (X1), strategic implementation (X4) and strategic formulation (X3) were able to predict the learning organization of schools at 71.80 percent with the significant at .01 level. The prediction equation is as follows:
