บทคัดย่อ
บทความทางวิชาการเรื่องนี้ นำเสนอองค์ความรู้จากการลงพื้นที่ศึกษาด้านการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน บ้านนาต้นจั่น ตำบลบ้านตึก อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยนำเสนอต้นทุนสามห่วงที่ชุมชนมีคือ ต้นทุนด้านผู้นำ ต้นทุนทางสังคมและต้นทุนจากภายนอก ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับมิติการพัฒนาในมิติสามห่วง คือมิติด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม อีกทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาต่อยอดโดยใช้หลักการ สเกลลิ่ง อัพ, สเกลลิ่ง เอ้าท์ และ สเกลลิ่ง ดีพ เพื่อสามารถถอดบทเรียนเพื่อการต่อยอดพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวภายในชุมชนบ้านนาต้นจั่น และการนำบทเรียนที่เรียนรู้จากภายในชุมชนแห่งนี้ ในมุมมองของความสำเร็จไปต่อยอดเป็นแบบอย่างแก่ชุมชนที่สนใจที่จะดำเนินการด้านการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนได้ต่อไป ซึ่งเนื้อความของบทความวิชาการนี้ได้รวบรวมมาจากการสังเคราะห์ โดยการลงพื้นที่ศึกษาในการอบรม “ผู้นำ นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง” โดยกลุ่ม กรีน เอนเนอร์จี ซึ่งจัดโดยมูลนิธิสัมมาชีพ ในเดือนกันยายน ถึง ตุลาคม 2562
