การพัฒนาแบบวัดความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนทางการเรียน ในนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (The Development of Screening Scales of Passion for Learning of Kasetsart University Students)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาค่าความตรงตามโครงสร้าง ความเที่ยง และสร้างเกณฑ์ปกติจากคะแนนทีปกติ ของแบบวัดความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนทางการเรียนในนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และระดับความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนทางการเรียน ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และ (3) เพื่อสร้างคู่มือการใช้แบบวัดความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนทางการเรียน ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน 1,240 คน จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือคือ แบบวัดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอนุมาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบวัดความมุ่งมั่นและพลังขับเคลื่อนทางการเรียน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามกับนิยามปฏิบัติการ (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.66-1.00 และมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ 0.32-0.64 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) พบว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ตรงตามโครงสร้าง สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.90 ด้านการสอดประสานเท่ากับ 0.87 และด้านการหลงใหลเท่ากับ 0.81 เกณฑ์ปกติสำหรับแปรความหมายคะแนนของแบบวัด ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐานทีปกติ ทั้งฉบับของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 เท่ากับ T26-T74 นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 เท่ากับ T28-T74 นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 เท่ากับ T17-T71 และนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 เท่ากับ T24-T74
