กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่สอนคนตาบอดในประเทศไทย (Strategies for Academic Administration of Private Schools Providing Teaching for the Blind in Thailand)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบหลัก สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และ ความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่สอนคนตาบอดในประเทศไทย และ (2) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่สอนคนตาบอดในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้าฝ่าย และครูของสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่สอนคนตาบอดในประเทศไทย จำนวน 251 คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการศึกษาจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน และสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่สอนคนตาบอด จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNI Modified และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยได้กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการ 7 กลยุทธ์ 23 มาตรการในการดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์ และ 79 ตัวชี้วัดที่แสดงถึงความสำเร็จของการดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์
