พฤติกรรมการเรียนและประสิทธิภาพการสอนออนไลน์ในยุคความปกติใหม่ (Study Behavior and Online Teaching Efficiency in the Era of New Normal)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ข้อคือ (1)เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเรียนและการติดต่อสื่อสารในชั้นเรียนระหว่าง การศึกษาในระบบออนไลน์ในยุค ความปกติใหม่ ของนักศึกษาและ (2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการสอนของอาจารย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาทั้งหมดในมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จำนวน 1,144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ หาค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟา (∝-Coefficient) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.38 (S.D.=.80) จากผลการศึกษาเห็นได้ว่าพฤติกรรมการเรียนออนไลน์ของนักศึกษา มีข้อจำกัด ส่งผลต่อการเรียน ด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้เรียนควรมีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการเรียนเพื่อให้การเรียนมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น และ (2) การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการสอนของอาจารย์ พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการสอนโดยรวมของอาจารย์มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.54 (S.D.=.83) ประสิทธิภาพการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าการสอนออนไลน์ทำให้ตั้งใจเรียนไม่ได้ ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.32 (S.D.=.92) แต่อาจารย์มีเทคนิคในการสอนออนไลน์ที่น่าสนใจ มีความหลากหลายมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.39 (S.D.=.83)
