บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 (2) ระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับคุณภาพผู้เรียน และ (4) อำนาจพยากรณ์ทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 349 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) คุณภาพผู้เรียนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับคุณภาพผู้เรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4) ทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ (X5) ทักษะ การสร้างชุมชนการเรียนรู้ (X3) ทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (X2) และทักษะการจัดการชั้นเรียน (X1) สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์คุณภาพผู้เรียนได้ร้อยละ 50.10 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
