บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง อิทธิพลของการรับรู้คุณค่าตนเองที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามของผู้หญิงวัยทำงาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการรับรู้คุณค่าตนเองที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามของผู้หญิงวัยทำงาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้หญิงวัยทำงานที่มีอายุระหว่าง 23–45 ปี ที่อาศัยหรือทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และเคยใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้งภายในระยะเวลา 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 414 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)  


ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับการรับรู้คุณค่าตนเอง ด้านคุณธรรมมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะปฏิบัติต่อผู้อื่นอย่างเป็นธรรมและเหมาะสม 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงาม ด้านการประเมินทางเลือกมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะการประเมินจากรีวิวและผลลัพธ์ของผู้ใช้บริการคนอื่น 3) การรับรู้คุณค่าตนเองทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสำคัญ ด้านความสามารถ ด้านคุณธรรม และด้านอำนาจ ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามของผู้หญิงวัยทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
