HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AFFECTING EMPLOYEE RETENTION OF INDUSTRIAL FACTORY IN THE METAL INDUSTRY IN SARABURI PROVINCE.

The objectives of this study were 1) to study human resource management and persistence of industrial workers 2) to compare the persistence of industrial workers. Classified by demographic factors 3) Human resource management affecting the persistence of industrial workers Metal Industry Group in Saraburi Province.
This study was an exploratory research. The population used in this research was industrial workers. Metallurgical Industry Group in Saraburi Province, 4,400 personnel. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane sample size calculation formula. The sample size was 415 samples. Data Analysis Questionnaire The statistical software package was used to analyze the data as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Contrast comparison and multiple regression correlation analysis.
The results of the study found that (1) the results of the analysis of human resource management of industrial factory employees Metal industry groups in Saraburi province in all 5 aspects found that all aspects were at a high level. Which be sorted from the highest to lowest average as follows: Training and career development Recruitment Performance appraisal Migration and replacement and personnel compensation. The results of the persistence analysis of industrial factory workers Overall, it's at a high level.
The highest level of opinion is that the employees are willing to work to the best of their ability to make the organization successful, followed by the employees who are proud and willing to tell others that they work at this organization and employees feel committed and committed to the organization. The lowest level of opinion was that employees felt willing to work overtime despite inadequate compensation. (2) The results of the comparison of employee persistence analysis Classified by demographic factors, it was found that all different demographic factors affect the persistence of industrial workers. No difference. (3) Human resource management that affects the persistence of employees found that human resource management relates to the persistence of industrial factory employees. With a forecast value of 91.5%. Training and career development, Migration and replacement and personnel compensation which have a positive coefficient except for recruiting with a negative coefficient.
