การส่งเสริมการผลิตกาแฟตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกรในอำเภอแม่ระมาด จังหวัดตาก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร (2) สภาพการผลิตกาแฟของเกษตรกร (3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตกาแฟตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร (4) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตกาแฟตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร
ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟในอำเภอแม่ระมาด จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 112 ราย ศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 90.2 เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 47.23 ปี มีประสบการณ์ทำสวนกาแฟเฉลี่ย 4.47 ปี พื้นที่ปลูกกาแฟเฉลี่ย 2.61 ไร่ จำนวนแรงงานในการผลิตกาแฟเฉลี่ย 2.48 คน ต้นทุนในการผลิตกาแฟเฉลี่ย 1,006.25 บาท/รอบการผลิต มีรายได้จากการขายผลผลิตกาแฟเฉลี่ย 3,463.39 บาท/รอบการผลิต (2) ใช้น้ำฝนในการผลิตกาแฟ เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีการใส่ปุ๋ยและไม่มีการใช้สารกำจัดโรค/ แมลง จำหน่ายผลผลิตในรูปผลสดโดยมีพ่อค้ามารับซื้อที่แปลงผลิต (3) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตกาแฟตามมาตรฐาน GAP อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (4) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริมในระดับมากจากสื่อบุคคล คือ เพื่อนเกษตรกร
