Development of an Assessment System for Teacher Training Schools in Samut-Prakan Province via the Internet

Abstract

This research was aimed to develop and evaluate the efficiency of the use of the teacher professional training evaluation system via the internet. Researchers designed a questionnaire for the needs of the system users. Then, developed a system based on four components of information technology: 1) input 2) processing 3) display and 4) feedback. and found the efficiency of the system with users of the system, including 85 mentors and 10 supervisors in the second semester of academic year 2017 By black box testing 5 aspects: 1) the demand for the system 2) the functional aspects of the system 3) the ease of use of the system 4) the performance Of the system and 5) the security of the system. The results of the research showed the efficiency of the use of the system on the users was at a good level. Has a mean of 4.37, a standard deviation of 9.10.
