Management Administration Readiness on Management Administration and Public Service of Subdistrict Municipality in Chachoengsao Province

Abstract

This research attempted 1) to study the level of readiness in organization management according to the management principles; 2) to study the level of public service; 3) to study factors related to the quality of readiness management of the organization according to the management principle affects the public service. and 4) Problems and obstacles of research topics. This survey research use the questionnaire to collect data from the samples compresnip government official in municipality. This study was a questionnaire The data were analyzed using both descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inbeential statistics, multiple regression analysis in data analysis. The results are as follows:
1. The readiness of the organization management according to the management principles showed that the readiness of the organization management according to the management principles was at high level. When considering each aspect, the mean value from the highest to the lowest was the administrative performance, followed by the organizational culture, respectively.
2. The public service of tambon municipality showed that the public service of tambon municipality according to the public service was at high level. When considering each aspect, respectively, the mean value from the highest to the lowest was the progressive service, followed by the corresponding order, respectively.
3. The multiple regression analysis of organizational readiness in accordance with the principles of management and public service of subdistrict municipality consists of management resources, process/technology and management competency. There was a statistically significant level .05
4. Problems and obstacles of research topics found: There is a lot of project management which causes a shortage of specialists in management, should increase investment promotion commerce and tourism in the area.
