e-Learning Guidelines under situation Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19)

Abstract

The COVID-19 situation, The educational system of Thailand and the whole world is changing according to the change in information technology. Making teaching and learning without limit time and place. The  students can study in all locations at the desired time via online learning or electronic studies  (e-Learning) or study by online applications such as Zoom Google meet Microsoft team and LINE. The instructors presented via computer content in the format of multimedia media, including electronic messages, slides, graphics, animations. The sound of the video, etc. The electronic learning elements include instructor, student, content, Learning Management System: LMS, communication systems, measurement and evaluation and Internet network system. The advantages of e-Learning include offering lessons using various techniques  such as slides, animation graphics. Voice of VDO, VDO file helping learners to know better than the message or text. The students can study as they want to learn and to the ability of each person. The guidelines of     e-Learning an eleven to succeed such as students should take care of physical and mental health, spending time effectively and reducing disturbances or time management, creating interaction with online society, online learning management model: cooperative learning, Team Assisted Individual: TAI and combines many cooperation.
