Abstract

This research article is a synthetic of 2 case studies that are: (1) The management of Jongkul Prongnamjai Dance Troupe (2) The management of Navaporn Narttasil Troupe, Pimthai Narttasil troupe, and Narttasil Thanim Phaphorn troupe.


To get a lesson learned how they adjust the Thai dance troupes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jongkul Prongnamjai Dance troupe is a dance troupe performing at Four-Faced Buddha shrine (Erawan intersection). The troupe integrates arts and business to reach foreign customers’ requests during the COVID-19 pandemic. Navaporn Narttasil troupe, Pimthai Nattasil troupe, and Nattasil Thanim Phaphorn troupe use the “Key Partners” (Prasomrong) business model to maintain income during the COVID-19 pandemic.
