บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ เป็นบทสังเคราะห์กรณีตัวอย่างการปรับตัวของคณะละครนาฏศิลป์ 2 ตัวอย่าง คือ (1) การบริหารจัดการของคณะละครชาตรีจงกล โปร่งน้ำใจ (2) การบริหารจัดการของ คณะนวพรนาฏศิลป์ คณะพิมพ์ไทยนาฏศิลป์ และคณะนาฏศิลป์ถนิมภาภรณ์
เพื่อถอดบทเรียนด้านการบริหารจัดการคณะละครให้อยู่รอดในสถานการณ์การระบาดเชื้อโควิด-19 คณะละครชาตรีจงกล โปร่งน้ำใจ เป็นหนึ่งในคณะละครที่ประกอบอาชีพแสดงนาฏศิลป์ไทยในบริเวณศาลท่านท้าวมหาพรหม (สี่แยกเอราวัณ) ได้บูรณาการธุรกิจเพื่อตอบสนองลูกค้าต่างชาติระหว่างสถานการณ์การระบาดเชื้อโควิด-19 คณะนวพรนาฏศิลป์ คณะพิมพ์ไทยนาฏศิลป์ และนาฏศิลป์ ถนิมภาภรณ์ ได้บริหารจัดการคณะละครแบบ “ประสมโรง” เพื่อคงรายได้ระหว่างการระบาดของเชื้อโควิด-19
