บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มุ่งเน้นวิเคราะห์บทบาทและกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าของมัคคุเทศก์ไทยในกรณีนักท่องเที่ยวเสียชีวิตขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ซึ่งเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยและ ความเชื่อมั่นในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวไทย มัคคุเทศก์ถือเป็นบุคคลสำคัญที่ต้องเผชิญเหตุการณ์โดยตรงและทำหน้าที่ประสานกับนักท่องเที่ยว หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น หน่วยแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน ตำรวจ สถานทูต และ บริษัททัวร์ รวมถึงการสื่อสารกับครอบครัวผู้เสียชีวิต กระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาเริ่มจากการควบคุมตนเอง ประเมินสถานการณ์ ติดต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดการปัญหาอย่างเหมาะสม รวมถึงการให้การดูแลสภาพจิตใจแก่นักท่องเที่ยวผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ บทความนี้เน้นย้ำความสำคัญของทักษะที่จำเป็น เช่น ทักษะการควบคุมตนเอง ทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ และทักษะการให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุบัติเหตุ เพื่อให้มัคคุเทศก์สามารถจัดการสถานการณ์ที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างรวดเร็วและลดผลกระทบต่อผู้เกี่ยวข้อง บทความนี้ยังให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ไทยเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการจัดการสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินและเสริมสร้างมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวไทย
