THE LIMITATION OF A LECTURER SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION AS PER STANDARDS CRITERIA FOR A BACHELOR'S DEGREE CURRICULUM 2565 B.E. TO PRODUCE AVIATION GRADUATES ACCORDING TO OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS

Abstract
The lecturer specific qualification by The Commission on Higher Education Standards Re: Standards Criteria for a Bachelor’s Degree Curriculum 2565 B.E. may be the limitation to produce aviation graduates according to occupational standards into both domestic and international labor market, affecting the driving Thailand's economy through aviation industry in accordance with the government policy, Ministry of Industry, has established aviation industry to be one of five industries as New S Curve group with Thailand Industrial 4.0 Development Strategy for 20 years (2017-2036). This article intended to study and analyze relevant concerns in order to suggest a guideline to determine the specific qualification of aviation lecturer which is the important key to produce aviation graduates with skills and characteristics in 21st Century by 4Cs Model which consists of communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity, according to occupational standards in aviation by Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) also known as TPQI to enter the aviation industry labor market effectively after graduation.
