Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the strategic leadership level of school administrators, 2) study the internal quality assurance implementation of schools, 3) study the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrator and the educational quality assurance operation within the schools, and 4) create the forecasting equation of the strategic leadership affecting internal quality assurance implementation of schools under the secondary education service area office 19 This research is a mixed methodology research consisting of qualitative methods and quantitative methods. (Quantitative Methods)
The sample group is 327 teachers within schools under the secondary education service area office 19 sampling by using stratified random sampling. The tool that is used for this research is Likert scale questionnaire. with…reliability The statistics used in data analysis are frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) Overall strategic leadership of school administrators is at high level., 2) The internal quality assurance implementation of schools is at highest level., 3) The strategic leadership of school administrators and the internal quality assurance implementation of schools under the secondary education service area office 19 are related., and 4) The forecasting equation of the internal quality assurance implementation of schools under the secondary education service area office 19 using leadership as a forecast variable provides the prophetic power about 70.30 percentage with the following equation
