Vuḍḍhi-dhamma 4 : Educational administration

Abstract

Participatory educational administration is at the heart of today's education. It is a system between parents and teachers in education management. It is a School-Based Management. Education principles have played an important role in the development of educational institution management for administrators.

The administration of educational institutions according to the four vuḍḍhi-dhamma 4 principles consists of 1) Sappurissamseva fellowship It is to encourage personnel in their own educational institutions to seek knowledge. 2) Saddhammasavana, listening to the Dharma, encouraging personnel to organize activities for their personnel to gain knowledge; 3) Yonisomanasikarn contemplation of Dhamma It encourages a reflective thinking process to consider the knowledge gained from studying and learning. 4) Dhammanudhammapatipatti Dharma practice It is the application of knowledge gained from training activities or learning from knowledgeable people and local scholars to apply results in the performance of their duties through the process of participation.
