Guideline of Cooperative Development internal supervision by using School – Based Management under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This purposes of the research were to: 1) create the Guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management And 2) assess the suitability and possibility of the Guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management. The research experimental medthods used 2 steps. Step 1, created the guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management by studying documents and content validity were assessed by 6 experts, who were selected specifically. The research instrument was content validity questionnaires. The Data received was analyzed by Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC). And Step 2, Studying the documents and examination the content validity of the Guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management under Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.The samples were 226 school administrators and academic teachers from Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by simple random sampling. The research instrument was questionnaires which a reliability of suitability at 0.95 and a reliability of possibility at 0.92.The statistics were mean, standard deviation and t-test
The results of the trials were; 1) the Guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management under Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 5 procedures with 62 items in work list. Step 1: The planning of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based with 16 items in work list. Step 2: The knowledge enhancement of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based with 12 items in work list. Step 3: The practice of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based with 14 items in work list. Step 4: The evaluation of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based with 9 items in work list. Step 5: The work publishing of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based with 11 items in work list. And 2) the Guideline of cooperative development internal supervision by using school-based management under Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 of 5 procedures 62 items in work list are evaluated for suitability and the possibility at high level with a mean higher than the specified threshold of 3.50 statistically significant at the .05 level.
