Guidelines for developing emotional intelligence according to the principle of tolerance of executives in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Groupe 1

Abstract
This article is part of the thesis entitled “Guidelines for developing emotional intelligence according to the principle of tolerance of executives in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Groupe 1” aiming at; 1) to study the current state of emotional intelligence of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1, 2) to study the principles for developing emotional intelligence based on Khantidhamma principles for administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1 and 3) to propose guidelines for developing emotional intelligence based on Khantidhamma principles for administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1. It was mixed method research. The results of the research found that The current state of emotional intelligence of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1 was at a high level overall. In descending order, the highest level was on goodness, followed by happiness and intelligence respectively. The methods for encouraging emotional intelligence based on Khantidhamma and Gharavasadhamma principles for administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1 are to improve the goodness by truth and honesty, intelligence by taming and training oneself and tolerance, and happiness by generosity. The guidelines for developing emotional intelligence based on Khantidhamma principles for administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division Group 1 consist of: 1) Emotional intelligence development in goodness by truth and honesty is developed through activities to control desires, and to increase sympathy, empathy, sharing, responsibility, and rule of law in society; 2) Emotional intelligence development in intelligence by taming and training oneself and tolerance is developed through activities to support enthusiasm, knowledge orienting, adaptation and confidence; 3) Emotional intelligence development in happiness by generosity is developed through activities to create relation with others and self-satisfaction.
