           The objectives of this research are: 1) to study components of moral school management for school administrators under the primary educational service area office, 2) to create a model of moral school management for school administrators under the primary educational service area office, and 3) to evaluate and to affirm the moral school management model for school administrators under the primary educational service area office. The mixed research methodology is used in the study. The results of this research revealed that : 1) The components of moral school management for school administrators under the primary educational service area office consisted of 3 main components and 10 minor components. 2) A model of moral school management for school administrators under the primary educational service area office was known as “MSMM Model.” It was an administrative form and method based on scope and mission of moral school administration concept and Lokapàla-dhamma. The moral school administration consisted of 3 main components and 10 minor components. The component weight values in descending order started with Moral School Concepts, followed by Lokapàla-dhamma, and School Administration. And 3) The evaluation results of model of moral school management for school administrators under the primary educational service area office in propriety, accuracy, feasibility and utility were at 4.67 level overall that was higher than the evaluation criteria. The model was affirmed by the experts.
