The Organization Development for Potential Enhancement in the Educational Administration on Buddhism of the Graduate School

Abstract

The article title is the organization development for the potential enhancement in the educational administration on Buddhism of the Graduate School. The objectives are 1) to study the concept of theory and the method of educational administration on Buddhism, 2) to study the problems and obstacles in the educational administration on Buddhism, and 3) to study the organization development for the potential enhancement in the educational administration on Buddhism of the Graduate School. It is mixed method research by the study data from the documents and In-depth Interview. The result of research found that the seeking of knowledge on Buddhism which is the benefit for academic development and it is the matter of causing the organization development based on the six missions. It is to be effective at work for to produce graduates with Buddhist academic excellence and be good mind, to promote the research both students and lecturers, to produce an academic service to society for organizing the conference to disseminate knowledge to society, to preserve and promote arts and culture to community continuously, the personnel development for the academic position, and the concrete administration and build credibility in the society by enhancing the organization progressing toward an academic excellence.
