Abstract

Local roles and city management (Smart City) for developing the local area for efficiency, potentials and safety. It aims to focus on innovation and the use of modern technology for creating a communication network that connects the entire city. Local role in smart city management is to provide people a good quality of living in a livable city (Livability) as a development towards sustainability of the city. Sustainability is the efficiency management called Efficiency and the application of information technology to the city development. In this article, the local government which is part and is the main organization for developing local cities’ prosperity. The local administrative organization play a main role for creating new innovations with modern information technology systems, in order to establish effective administration, a local management for efficiency and to develop the capacity of local administrators and government officials into highly professional, adhering to the fast and accurate working and responding to the needs of the public sector in an age of advance technology with a vital role for local development in all dimensions.
