An Implementation of The Dhamma Heir Training Program: A Case Study of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae District, Bangkok

Abstract

There are 3 purposes of this thesis including 1) The purposes of this thesis were to study the results of the Dhamma Heir Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae district, Bangkok, 2) to propose relationship between personal status and the Dhamma Heir Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae district, Bangkok and3) to propose guidelines for the development of the Dhamma Heir Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae district, Bangkok. It was quantitative research done by survey research. Its tools consist of 1) questionnaire 2) In-depth interview. The research results revealed that the Dhamma Heir Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae district, Bangkok was in high score (x̄ = 3.83). The analysis of the coefficient correlation between the Dhammadayada Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae, Bangkok, was classified in total of 4 aspects by personal factors, i.e., age, education level, experience of training attendance and the purpose of training attendance. In overall, it showed that age, education level, the purpose of training attendance was of a significant correlation at the 0.05 level, while the experience of training attendance was found no statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level. The Dhamma Heir Training Program of Wat Bunyapradit, Bang Khae, Bangkok showed that the selection decision to participate the Dhamma Heir Training Program should be publicized before program open by informing their parents and guardians as well as participating the function and to those who helps support the function. Dhamma heir having knowledge, understanding and satisfaction were was in high level.
