Abstract
This academic article entitled ‘Good Governance: Secondary School Administration’ was found that good governance concerns withd new management principles focusing on working principles. If it is used for management, it will bring the best results: fairness, honesty, efficiency, and effectiveness. Applying good governance to integrate the administrative framework of secondary schools consists of; 1) planning and quality assurance, 2) academic works, 3) student’s activities, 4) personnel management, 5) administration, 6) finance and supplied works, 7) building’s services and environment work, 8) community relationship based on the good governance principle consisting of: 1) The rule of law including the executive's protection of rights and liberties, justice of school’s works, 2) The principle of ethics is that the administrators must be honest, sincere, diligent, patient, and disciplined, 3) The principle of transparency which states that administrators manage honestly with clarified works in all aspects, 4) The principle of participation is that executives respects to all opinions from the public, joint planning and development of maximum ability of all stakeholders to participate, 5) Auditable principle of responsibility which signifies that executives have a follow-up system, and open for any inspection, 6) The value principle which signifies that executives use existing resources for maximum benefit and sustainability.
