Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find out; 1) the decision – making of education ministration under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1, 2) budgeting management succession in schools, 3) the relationship between the decision – making of ministration and budgeting management succession in schools under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1. The samples were 103 schools under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1. The respondents from each school consisted of 1) one school administrator and 2) teachers responsible for budgets, in the total of 206 respondents. The tool employed for data collection was opinionnaire of decision – making of ministration, based on the Gordon’s concept and budgeting management succession in schools based on Chaisit Chalermmeeprasert. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  The results of the research were as follows: 1) The decision – making of ministration under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1, collectively and individually, were at a high level. Ranking by arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were the decision making, evaluation of the decision, situation analysis, objective and goal setting, alternative seeking, and evaluation of the alternatives, 2) Budgeting management succession in schools under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1, collectively and individually, were at a high level. Ranking by arithmetic mean from the highest to the lowest were financial management and found control, budgeting planning, financial and performance reporting, procurement management, asset management, internal audit, and output costing. 3) The relationship between the decision – making of ministration and budgeting management succession in schools under Kanchanaburi primary education service area office 1, collectively, were found at .01 level of statistically significant.
