Abstract

This study aimed to examine the current conditions and development approaches of digital-era academic leadership of school administrators in the Non Sawang–Pong Pueai–Khai Si school network under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The population consisted of 118 administrators and teachers, with a sample of 92 participants selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments included a five-level rating scale questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.                      The findings revealed that the academic leadership of digital-era school administrators in the network was at a high level in all aspects, namely creating a learning atmosphere that supports teaching and learning, setting visions, goals, missions, and academic goals, developing teacher quality toward professional standards, curriculum management and instructional activities, while educational supervision and monitoring of teaching and learning had the lowest mean score.

          The development approaches for digital-era academic leadership should focus on strengthening technological infrastructure and utilizing modern information systems for effective and comprehensive policy decision-making, promoting teacher professional development through online networks and active learning connected to real-life situations, allocating resources to support learner-centered curriculum design, and enhancing educational quality by improving collegial supervision processes through digital platforms for systematic monitoring and reflective feedback leading to sustainable school development.
